SOLES) mensuales , por concepto de pensiones alimenticias, SEGÚN Acta de Conciliación No 58-2015 CON Expediente NRO 58-2015-con Acuerdo total de las partes, el 10 de setiembre de año dos mil quince , , a favor del menor ADRIAN GONZALO MONTALVO AYALA  (10), por no haber cumplido con la Pensión de alimentos acordada, para lo cual debe tenerse en cuenta la siguiente propuesta:
